I ride with a couple of different bike groups and finding a honest and competent shop can get difficult sometimes. I ride a very over accessorized goldwing and I try to look over it very well. My experience with Sturgess for my main and large maintenance service went very well. I got to talk with the mechanic directly to mention my concerns and he was right on it and did a great job and his opinion was also well respected by me because what he would say made alot of sense. Ryan the service manager was also a big help and made sure my concerns were looked after. Thanks guys

A few weeks ago we visited the store and were greeted kindly and were provided with GREAT information. A few days later we returned to purchase our first bike. Emails and phones calls were made back and forth to ensure a smooth transaction of the purchase and setting up insurance. 5 days later the bike was in our garage. We all have enjoyed it very much and our experience dealing with the staff at Sturgess made us want to purchase our second bike from them as well. I enjoy visiting Sturgess and find them knowledgable and helpful with respect to my needs. They sometimes get disorganized and lost track of some of the parts i had ordered for the bike necessitating a return trip to the dealership. They were great about offering me a loaner however. The sales people are warm and friendly and not at all pushy just helpful. I have purchased two bikes at Sturgess and would always look to buy there first!

I was recovering from having my voice box remove due to the side efffects of the radiation for my cancer treatments. Ray took the time to email me all the answers to my questions that I emailed him till I could get in to see the bike. This in my mind is giving that extra step of understanding to the customer's needs. When I did get in, Ray and his staff had the bike ready for me to view. The staff were also very understanding with my note writting for dealing with them

Bought a new Bike in the Spring with all new equipment....a few of my 30 years did not ride.(_) Always have gone to Sturgess over the years, very knowledgeable, great selection and friendly. Personally , the part that is important is the after sales service. Service on the bike has prompt and courteous so far. Having a battery problem currently, with no update on warranty.

My wife just got her M1 licence, and wanted a small beginners bike, that still had to look cool according to her, Chris was a pleasure to deal with, listened to her needs, and advised her in the right direction without pushing her to a bike she would be afraid of. Parts guys are great, got everything she needed for her bike, and everyone showed her respect which I thought was awesome. We will be back again for new bikes, hopefully next year, thanks again to everyone for making her first bike purchase a special one. Cliff

A great parts and service dept! They always seem to know what I need and want, and get the right part everytime with little to no wait. Great racing background, and a large knowledge base to draw from as they always help out and answer questions. Plus the dog doesn't let you leave once you give him a pat :)

The staff was very knowledgeable and did not try to make me spend more than I could afford. I had to have my helmet and gloves ordered in. The order came in quickly and the fit was perfect.

The service staff were friendly and accommodating. R.J. worked hard to get my bike done AHEAD of schedule, I was really impressed

hi I purchased a new 2016 Kawasaki Ninja 300 from a shop in Scarborough approx. 1 1/2 months ago. since then I decided that I wanted to upgrade to a 650. I contacted 4 dealers and received quotes for the new bike and trade in value for my 2016. Derek's offer for the trade in was higher than the other 3 offers. this led to a few emails back and forth, and a couple of phone conversations with Derek. During one of our conversations Derek suggested that I first attempt to sell my bike privately, he also stated that he had gentleman who was looking to sell a 2017 privately and that he would put me in touch with him. I then informed Derek that I would be visiting his store on Saturday and that I had made my mind up to purchase a 650. approx 2 hours later I left without purchasing a new bike. Derek is the most professional sales rep that I ever met. he listened to me, asked a few questions and then stated that I go out and explore my bike until next year, I only had 550k at that point. he offered more advice than anyone one else, told me more about my bike than anyone else and convinced me not to buy a bike until I rode my present bike for the remainder of the season. I forgot to mention that I am new to the cycling world. talk about integrity. Derek, thank you for your honestly, for not taking advantage of the situation, for you insight, your patience. I greatly appreciate it all. I will be back next season to purchase that bike and it will be through Derek at sturgis. thank you

I just picked up a new T120. The people at Sturgess were fantastic. It takes all departments working together to make a pickup a success, and that is exactly what happened. They worked hard and did well I highly recommend Sturgess Cycle.

I just purchased a used NC700XA from Sturgess Cycle. From my entry into the shop on a busy Saturday to the signature completing the sale a few days later, the service provided by Derek was 5 stars! His attention to customers (not just me) and his patient/stress free demeanor made this experience enjoyable. I had a fairly tight schedule and a big thanks also goes out to the mechanic who certified the bike the same day I purchased it. The entire paperwork was taken care of by Derek and the bike was ready for pick up the next day, wow!

I just took delivery of my new Rocket 3 Roadster. The guys at Sturgess couldn't have been more patient, helpful knowledgeable and just awesome to deal with. I came in to see the bike for the first time on a Friday and it was delivered to my door on Wednesday the same week! I had a trade and financing to deal with as well. Would've been Tuesday but the bike had to be assembled from the crate and they are closed on Monday. - Wow, speedy! I brought it back for a small adjustment a few days after they delivered it to me and the mechanic who made the adjustment (sorry I didn't get the name) was really pleasant and knowledgeable. He took some time to show me a few things I needed to know even though the shop was short handed that day. I rode my new rocket this weekend for the first longer ride and it is beyond what I expected. I have had many bikes but this one and its dealer are far and away the best biking experience I have had period!

I'm a long time customer of Sturgess and I travel alot on my bike. The staff there always go out of their way to resolve all my issues and needs. For example, they took care the shipping of my bike to B.C. The owner, Jamie even lent me the OEM hand guards off his personal bike, because I left it too late and there were none in Canada. My new 2014 Triumph LT has just been delivered on schedule and on time by Scott. I can't say enough about how good the team at Sturgess are. The service from Dave and Ryan has been outstanding. I recently purchased a 2013 Kawasaki ZX-14R ABS SE black model from Sturgess. Ray made the purchase an enjoyable experience. It was the first new bike purchase since 1984 when I purchased a Honda V65 Sabre V4 1100. I still have the old bike. A lot has changed in 29 years. I purchased my first new bike way back in 1969 from Sturgess. A Honda CB450. Great reliable bike. Buzzed a bit though. The ZX handles and brakes so much better than the Sabre. They both weigh about the same but the ZX feels so much lighter and turns so much better/easier. It has a bit more power too LOL. Roll on acceleration in 6th from 100 to 140 km/hour is GREAT! The engine is so smooth and nice even at slow speeds. I can cruise in 6th as low as 2000 RPM. Gets even better MPG than the Sabre at normal cruising speeds in 6th. At normal cruising speeds I can get about 300 kilometers before going on reserve. I really like a good size tank. The ZX has a 22 liter tank. The trans shifts very nice and quick. Shifting from neutral to first gear at a stop is a bit heavy though. I hear that this is a characteristic of the bike's positive neutral finder. How slow can a ZX-14R go? You can ride the bike In 4th gear without any throttle at the idle setting of 1100 RPM and still accelerate smoothly. Coming from the carbureted Sabre, it took a bit to become accustomed to the ZXs light throttle and very quick response. A trait many FI bikes share I hear. Riding those first couple of miles coming home after picking up the bike were a challenge in the lower gears. Everything happens so fast. Things got a lot better after putting some miles on it. At highway speeds in 6th the coolant temp seems to run about 50C hotter than the ambient air temperature. So if the air temp is 20C the coolant will be about 70C. Much attention has been given to the ZXs maximum performance. Big numbers like 190 RWHP and 1/4 mile times under 10 seconds reaching terminal speeds over 145 MPH. Top speeds of 300 Km/hr. Figures like these have little real world significance on public roads in my opinion. I tried to look at the ZX from a different prospective. For a price less than a new K1600 GT, K1300GT or C14 and a few simple modifications I got a good handling sport/touring bike with a good size tank, traction control, good brakes with ABS and a strong, smooth 155 RWHP engine with 109 ft. /lbs. at a leisurely 7500 RPM. Thats about 10 to 15 RWHP more than a C14 or VFR1200 or even a BMW K1600 GT plus great roll on acceleration from 60 to 80 MPH in 6th gear. Theres almost 90 ft. /lbs. of torque at just 5000 RPM. It weighs less than a C14 and a lot less than a K1600 GT. Even at 3000 RPM theres 75 ft. /lbs. of torque. I suspect if one wanted to one could tour with this bike right across Canada and never exceed 5000 RPM. The bikes fueling is very nice. The engine is so easy to live with at low speeds. It really is a gentle giant. Above 5000 RPM though, the giant comes out to play. Sooo . . . what are you going to do with the other 35 RWHP, 3500 RPM and 80 Km/hr? my wife asked. Ahhh . . . nothing? I replied. Her response, Good answer. John

I have been going to Sturgess for years. I go for service yearly and have never been let down. If you want a Triumph...Honda...etc, pay them a visit. Jamie, Ray, Ryan, Dave...and the mechanics do it right and have always been great. Keep up the great work!
